Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to the Dubai Wellness Voucher, redeemable at Al Quoz and Motor City. Our Abu Dhabi salons run a separate voucher with its own terms.

Purchase closes 30 September 2026

Campaign period. The Wellness Voucher is available to purchase until 30 September 2026. Credit purchased within the window can be redeemed at any point inside the validity period of the voucher you bought, including after the window closes.
Participating salons. The Dubai Wellness Voucher can be redeemed at Tara Rose Al Quoz and Tara Rose Motor City. Hair services are available at both salons. Beauty services, including nails, waxing, threading, lashes, brow treatments, massage and the Signature Relaxing Facial, are available at Al Quoz. Motor City is a hair salon and does not offer beauty services. Deep cleanse and clinical facials and LED treatments are not available in Dubai.
Which voucher you hold. This voucher is held against our Dubai salons. Credit, bonus credit and the included benefits are redeemable at Al Quoz and Motor City only, and cannot be redeemed at our Abu Dhabi salons or exchanged for the Abu Dhabi voucher. If you bought the wrong voucher, contact us before your first redemption and we will do our best to put it right.

Validity runs from the date of purchase. Dip Your Toes must be paid in full; Tabby is not available on that tier. Season of You and All-In VIP Year are eligible for four interest-free payments through Tabby, subject to Tabby approval and terms.

Using your credit. The prepaid credit can be used towards salon services at the participating salons named in term 2, at the Tara Rose menu price applicable at the time of the appointment. In Dubai this covers hair at both salons, and beauty services and the Signature Relaxing Facial at Al Quoz. Credit cannot be used towards home care or any other product purchase, the purchase of new hair extensions, or cash withdrawals or cash refunds. Which colour services the credit reaches depends on your voucher, as set out in term 6. For Season of You and All-In VIP Year, the Self-Care Bonus can be redeemed against beauty services, treatments, keratin services and blowdries only.
Colour: which services your voucher reaches. Colour follows the salon’s own three-step plan ladder, and each voucher reaches one step further than the one below it. Every voucher includes everything on the steps beneath it. A colour service above your step can still be booked and settled in the usual way, outside your credit.
Dip Your Toes reaches Soft Blonde and Polished Brunette
Root retouch and regrowth colour. All-over and single-process colour. Toner, gloss and glaze. Tonal maintenance.
Season of You adds Signature Blonde and Dimensional Brunette
Balayage and other freehand or hand-painted placement. Highlights, foils and babylights, full head or half head. Grey blending. Multi-tonal depth.
All-In VIP Year adds Transformation Blonde and Luxury Brunette
Full colour transformation. Colour correction and colour removal. High lift and full-head lightening. Fantasy colour. Big-contrast change.
Settled 19 August, and built on the salon’s existing plan ladder rather than a separate list, so the names here are the ones your stylist already uses. Cuts, blow-dry and styling, keratin and smoothing, and bond, strength, hydration and scalp treatments are covered on every voucher and are not part of this ladder. There is no per-visit spending cap on colour of any kind: this term is a ladder of services, not a limit on an amount. Where a service is not named above, the salon will tell you which step it falls on before your appointment, never at the till.
Included gifts & benefits. Complimentary gifts and benefits are additional to the service credit and have no cash value. Where included with the selected voucher, these may include Confidence Mapping, birthday treatments, journals, priority access to selected last-minute beauty appointments, gift vouchers for friends, and referral rewards. Physical gifts are subject to availability; Tara Rose may substitute an unavailable complimentary item with an alternative of similar value.
Home Ritual Kit allowance. Each voucher includes a home care allowance towards your Home Ritual Kit, set by tier: AED 100 with Dip Your Toes, AED 200 with Season of You and AED 450 with All-In VIP Year. The allowance is redeemable against home care, the take-home products recommended for you, at the salons named on your voucher, and where the home care recommended for you comes to more than the allowance, the difference is payable when you collect your kit. We tell you the difference before anything is packed, never after. If you would rather keep it as small as possible, tell us before your kit is packed and we will build it to the fewest items that will work. The allowance is separate from your service credit: it cannot be spent on services, and your service credit cannot be spent on home care. Any unused part of the allowance has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and ends with the validity period of your voucher.
Gift vouchers. The gift vouchers included with your Wellness Voucher are issued digitally and sent by email, in your name, to the people you nominate. Nothing is posted or printed. Dip Your Toes includes one card of AED 100, Season of You three cards of AED 100, and All-In VIP Year five cards of AED 100. Each card can be redeemed against an eligible salon service at the same participating salons named in term 2, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase retail products or another voucher.Each card is valid for two months from the date you buy your Wellness Voucher, not from the date you pass it on, so give it to your friend early: a card handed over late will have less than two months left on it. The expiry date is printed on the card. The main Wellness Voucher credit cannot be transferred to another person unless otherwise agreed by Tara Rose.
Referral rewards. Referral credit is awarded when the required number of new clients successfully visit Tara Rose and complete a qualifying paid appointment. Referral credit is issued once the referral is complete, meaning the new client has visited and paid, and is then valid for two months from that date. It runs on its own clock rather than expiring with your Wellness Voucher, so referring a friend late in your validity period does not shorten what you earn. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Birthday benefits. Birthday services must be redeemed during the validity period of your voucher and are subject to appointment availability. In Dubai the birthday facial is the Signature Relaxing Facial with lifting massage at Al Quoz. The values shown within the campaign represent the standard menu value of the relevant service and are included to illustrate the overall voucher value.
Appointments, cancellations & no-shows. All appointments remain subject to Tara Rose's standard booking, cancellation and no-show policies. Voucher ownership or priority access does not guarantee appointment availability with a particular stylist, therapist, date or time.
Expiry. Your service credit and bonus credit must be redeemed within the stated validity period for the Wellness Voucher you bought: six months on Dip Your Toes, nine months on Season of You and twelve months on All-In VIP Year, each running from the date of purchase. Two benefits run on their own clocks and are not covered by that period: the gift cards for your friends, which last two months from the date you buy, and referral credit, which lasts two months from the date a referral completes. Any unused balance or promotional benefits remaining after the relevant expiry date will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash or extended unless Tara Rose agrees otherwise.
Refunds & exchanges. Wellness Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Voucher credit and promotional bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash.
Other offers. Wellness Voucher credit, bonuses and complimentary benefits cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or offer unless Tara Rose specifically confirms otherwise.
Tabby payments. Where Tabby is offered, approval and payment arrangements are provided directly by Tabby and are subject to Tabby's eligibility requirements and terms. Using Tabby does not change the amount of Tara Rose service credit included within the selected Wellness Voucher.
Pricing. All prices and values shown are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT.
General. Tara Rose reserves the right to reasonably amend or clarify these terms where required for the administration of the campaign, provided that this does not remove service credit already purchased by a client. Purchase of a Wellness Voucher confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
