Using this website

This site is run by Tara Rose Bahrain, owned and run by Daisy Charlotte Cropper. By using it, you agree to these terms. The content is here to help you understand our services and plans, and to reach us. Please do not copy or reuse our words, images or designs without our permission.

Booking and deposits

Some services and offers ask for a deposit to hold your time. A deposit protects your appointment and your stylist’s diary, and it comes off the price of your service. Deposits are transferable with 48 hours’ notice, and the full terms are sent to you by secure link before anything is confirmed.

Pricing

Colour, cut and treatment prices are shared with you at consultation and quoted before you book, because every plan is matched to your hair. Beauty service prices are given up front. We never add a charge you have not agreed to.

The Confidence Promise

If something does not feel right within seven days of any colour or treatment service, we invite you back to refine it. No blame, just care. Refine, never refund.

Founding and voucher offers

Our founding places and beauty vouchers carry credit towards your plan, plus a founding or seasonal bonus. The value on the card is credit and standing, never money off. Founding terms, including how a deposit works and how to withdraw, are set out in the welcome pack sent by secure link after you reserve. Where you choose to spread the cost, that is offered through a payment partner (flooss) at no extra cost to you. It is a way to pay, not a finance product.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information so we can look after you properly.
Tell us about allergies, sensitivities or previous colour before a service.
Arrive in good time, and let us know as early as you can if plans change.

Liability

We take great care with every service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for outcomes caused by information you did not share with us, or by home care used against our advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
