The 8-Step Hair Plan, in the chair
This is our version of what other salons call a chat at the basin. We look at your hair history, your water, what you do at home, the condition of the hair itself, and what brought you in now. Then you get one specific plan, the reason behind it, and an honest answer on what can wait.
Then the rhythm
- Visit 1 creates the result.
- Visit 2 protects it before it drifts.
- Visit 3 keeps it on track before it becomes a rescue.
Colour sits on roughly a six to eight week rhythm, balayage eight to twelve, a cut and finish six to eight. You will leave knowing your window and holding your next date.

What makes Tara Rose Salons different?

What is the 8-Step Hair Plan?
It is how we run your visit, from the welcome through to the plan you leave with. It is not a form and it is not a sales step. It is the reason you get a prescription rather than a guess.
What do you offer in Janabiyah?
Blonde and brunette colour, including balayage as a placement technique within both, cuts and styling, blow-dries, smoothing and keratin, and restorative treatments for hair and scalp, all run through the Full Loop.
Will my colour hold in this climate?
It holds when it is planned for. Hard water, sun, humidity, salt air and air conditioning all work on colour here, so we build protection, hydration and a realistic rhythm into the plan rather than hoping for the best. Low maintenance does not mean no maintenance.
How often will I need to come in?
Roughly six to eight weeks for most colour, eight to twelve for balayage, six to eight for a cut and finish. You will be given your window and a specific date before you leave, because maintenance is the cheapest visit in your plan.
Can you tell me the price before I come in?
For colour, correction, keratin or extensions, no, and we would rather say so. We always recommend starting with an in-person appointment where we assess your hair directly, map your full journey, and give you a precise quote. It is how we stay completely transparent on pricing, and how we make sure we meet your expectations every step of the way. Anything else is quoted exactly.
