Is Confidence Mapping really free?

Yes. Mapping is free discovery before the chair. Three stages that map what your hair needs, with no cost and no obligation to book anything after.

Where do my answers go?

Your answers stay in your browser while you use the tool. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to have your map emailed to you at the end. If you close the page, nothing is kept.

Does this replace the consultation?

No. Mapping happens before the chair and gives you a direction. The consultation is the in-chair diagnostic step of the 8-Step Hair Plan. They are two different things.

Do I have to book a service after?

No. You leave with your map and decide in your own time. There is no pressure, and your map is yours to keep whether you book or not.
