A place to build something real.
Four salons across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A team that takes the work
seriously. If you’re looking for somewhere to grow – not just
somewhere to work – get in touch.
We’re a team of professionals who value quality over speed, education over shortcuts, and long-term growth over quick wins.
Whether you’re a stylist, therapist, front-of-house professional, or part of our wider support teams, working at Tara Rose means being part of a considered, supportive environment where expertise is respected and development is encouraged.
Our Culture
Culture at Tara Rose is built on how we work every day — not a list of values on a wall.
We are a team of people who care about doing things properly. That means honest client consultations, high standards in technical delivery, and genuine support for each other across the floor. It also means a calm working environment where expertise is respected and development is encouraged.
We don’t operate on volume or pressure. We focus on quality, consistency, and the kind of long-term relationships — with clients and with our team — that make a career in hair actually sustainable.

Learning & Development
From day one, every stylist at Tara Rose is trained on the 8-Step Hair Plan — our own consultation framework, built around understanding the client in full before touching the hair. It’s yours to keep, regardless of how long you’re with us.
Through structured training, mentoring, and the Tara Rose Academy, we support ongoing skill development across all teams. Whether you’re refining your expertise or expanding your responsibilities, learning is built into the way we work.
Life at Tara Rose
Working at Tara Rose means being part of a team that supports one another — across four salons, two cities, and a range of experience levels.
Our employed team work a four-day week with thirty days of annual leave. We built it that way deliberately. A career in hair is demanding and the people who do it well tend to be the ones who have a life outside it.
Our team includes stylists who have been with us since the beginning and those who joined recently from salons across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Europe. What they have in common is a commitment to the work and an appreciation for an environment where that commitment is matched.
We have clear structures, fair processes, and managers who are available and approachable. If you’re used to working somewhere where communication is an afterthought, this will feel different.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for the most impressive CV. We’re looking for stylists who are ambitious, care about doing the work properly, and want to be part of something that’s building.
Experience level matters less than mindset. We’ve hired people early in their careers who are now running salons, and experienced stylists who couldn’t adapt to a team environment. What actually works here is someone who’s hungry to grow, honest with clients, and genuinely enjoys the craft.
If that sounds like you – even if you’re not certain yet – get in touch. The conversation is always the first step.
Hear from the team
Two years ago, I started my journey at Tara Rose, and what an incredible experience it has been. 💕
I’m so grateful to be part of such an amazing, supportive team. Over the past two years, the Tara Rose family has taught me so much, encouraged me every step of the way, and truly become a second family to me.
The support we receive goes far beyond just our careers. From ongoing training and professional growth to mental well-being and personal encouragement, they genuinely invest in each and every one of us. It’s rare to find a company that cares so deeply about its people.
I feel incredibly blessed and proud to be part of the Tara Rose family. Here’s to many more years of learning, growing, and creating beautiful things together. 🤍

I’ve been with Tara Rose for just 3 years, and it’s been the most amazing journey of learning and growth. The support, education, and guidance I’ve received have helped me become more confident with every client I look after. Seeing clients leave the salon feeling happy and confident is the most rewarding part of what I do.

From Tara
I built this from £200 and a refusal to believe what I’d been told I was worth.
For years our industry made stylists choose between security and freedom. I never understood that. So at Tara Rose we stopped making them choose.
In 2024 we nearly lost everything. The thing that pulled us through wasn’t a strategy — it was the team. So I rebuilt the business around keeping them. Better structures, a shorter week, and a proper process for people making a move from overseas.
If you’re a stylist who feels there’s more in you than where you are right now — the door is open. It starts with a conversation, not a form.
Relocating to work with us
Moving country to do hair shouldn’t feel like a gamble. We sponsor visas, cover insurance, and guarantee your income for the first three to six months while you find your feet. Stylists from the UK, South Africa, Europe, and Australia have made this move and built real careers here.
If you’re based outside the UAE and want to understand what the move looks like in practice, get in touch before you apply. We’re happy to talk it through.
We review every enquiry ourselves. If we’d like to take things further, we’ll be in touch within two weeks.
