Your credit spends on any service, up to your credit value: hair, colour, beauty, treatments and facials, at either Abu Dhabi salon. It is a spending cap, so anything above your credit is settled at the till. Colour follows our three-step plan ladder, and each voucher reaches one step further. Balayage and highlights come in with Season of You; correction and high lift with All-In VIP Year.

On what your tier covers, listed on every card above. At either Abu Dhabi salon, the plan is the same.

Not clawed back, not conditional. Once it is on your account it is yours until it is used or the validity date passes.

Your credit is a spending cap. If your bill comes to more than you have left, you settle the difference, and your stylist tells you before you sit down, never at the till.

Why I built this, and why it is not money off.

Eleven years ago I started Tara Rose. Not because the world needed another salon, but because I believed the team and the client should always be at the front of it. Everything we have built since comes back to that.

I am a busy working mum, so I know exactly what an hour like this is worth. It is never really about the hair. It is the one part of the week that belongs to you.

So this voucher is not money off, and it is not a reward for staying. It is me giving something back to the women who spend their lives looking after everyone else. The credit is yours, to spend on whatever you want. The Self-Care Bonus is pointed at the part you would never book for yourself.

Is this money off?
No. You place credit on your plan and we add a Self-Care Bonus on top. Nothing is discounted; there is simply more on your account than you paid in.
How does the credit work?
It sits on your account from day one and draws down as you spend. If a bill goes over what is left, you settle the difference at the till.
Can I use my Abu Dhabi credit in Dubai?
This voucher is for Mamsha al Saadiyat and Khalifa City A. Our Dubai salons run their own voucher, so if Dubai is where you visit, start there instead. Ask us and we will point you to the right one before you pay.
Can I split the payment?
Season of You and All-In VIP Year split into four interest-free payments with Tabby. Dip Your Toes is paid in full.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Every tier includes a gift card for a friend: you tell us who she is, and we email it to her in your name, hers to book with. Nothing is posted or printed, everything is digital. Your own credit stays on your account, because it is tied to you and the plan we build for your hair. If you want the whole voucher to be hers rather than yours, message us before you pay and we will talk it through with you first.
What if I miss this season's window?
The window reopens next quarter and the value comes back with it. You have not missed your only chance, just this season's.

Read the full terms and conditions. All figures are in UAE dirhams and include applicable value added tax. Your credit spends on any service at Mamsha al Saadiyat or Khalifa City A. It does not cover home care or the purchase of new hair extensions. Your home care allowance, AED 100, 200 or 450 by tier, is separate from your credit and spends on home care only. Where the home care recommended for you comes to more than the allowance, you settle the difference when you collect your kit, and we tell you the difference before anything is packed, never after. If you would rather keep it as small as possible, say so and we will build your kit to the fewest items that will work. On Season of You and All-In VIP Year, the Self-Care Bonus added on top is for beauty, treatments, keratin and blowdries. Dip Your Toes is paid in full. Season of You and All-In VIP Year can be split into four with Tabby, and the credit stays exactly the same. Vouchers are not refundable and not transferable, and run from the date of purchase.
