Do not get to the end of the year wishing you had looked after yourself.

All figures are in UAE Dirhams and include applicable value-added tax. Your credit is a balance in Dirhams, and it spends at our menu price on the day you use it. If our prices change during your validity, your credit is worth what it is worth on the day, the same as money. Your credit spends on any service at any of our UAE salons, on the services that salon offers; where a service is not offered at your salon, it is booked for you at the nearest salon that offers it. It also spends on retail, including home care, and on new hair extensions, at any of our UAE salons. Where a bill comes to more than your balance, you pay the difference in the usual way.

On every tier, the Self-Care Bonus added on top is for beauty, treatments, keratin and blow-dries, and neither the bonus nor your credit can be used in December or on any public holiday, Eid included. Your Self-Care Bonus is redeemed with a junior stylist, a blow-dry specialist or a beautician. Your voucher cannot be used alongside any other offer.

Holidays. Our salons close between Christmas and New Year, and the closure dates are published at each salon and on our website before December. Any voucher bought or gifted over that period is issued as normal and booked from the day we reopen, and the days we are closed do not count against your validity. Your credit and your Self-Care Bonus cannot be used in December or on any public holiday, Eid included. Where a public holiday falls inside your validity and we are closed, your validity is extended by the days we were shut.

Payment is taken by a secure link we send you, handled by Stripe; your card details go to them and are not held by us or by the salon. Your credit is on your account once the payment clears. Dip Your Toes is paid in full. Season of You and All-In VIP Year can be split into four with Tabby, and the credit stays exactly the same. Tabby is a separate company: paying in four is an agreement with them under their terms, they decide eligibility, and your voucher is issued once the first payment is taken.

The gift voucher is yours to give away, is valid against a service, and lasts for the life of your voucher. When the woman you give it to visits for the first time, AED 50 is added to your credit; this is earned, so it is not counted in what the voucher is worth. Extra friend vouchers, AED 50 each, are available on request while the window is open. When three new friends have visited, a facial or a scalp and hair treatment with a blow-dry is on us; when five have, you are invited to the next window before it opens.

The birthday service is shown at our standard menu price and can be taken on any day you choose within your validity; where a facial is not offered at your salon, it is booked at the nearest salon that offers it, or swapped for a second treatment. What it is worth is your credit and Self-Care Bonus, plus the gift voucher and the birthday service at menu price.

Your voucher is for one person. It is held in your name, it is not transferable, it cannot be shared, split or passed on, and it is not refundable or exchangeable for money, with one exception. If you have to leave the UAE unexpectedly, tell us: we refund the credit you have not used, pro rata. We would rather return your money than hold it for someone who cannot come in. Where it is bought as a gift, it is issued in the recipient’s name and is hers alone on the same terms. The gift voucher inside each tier is the only part that may be given to someone else.

Vouchers run from the date of purchase. To reserve one we take your name, your WhatsApp number and your email, and we use them to confirm your voucher, book your Confidence Mapping and contact you about it. They are held in our client system and handled under our Privacy Policy, which tells you how to ask for a copy of your data or have it removed.
